The Story of
Rocky Mountain Vintage Events
Hello! My name is Jill, and I have been planning events for 20 years! I spent 18 years managing, planning events, and creating flower arrangements for the iconic Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse. I collected vintage China, flatware, and glassware during my free time. Before I knew it, I had enough for 200 guests. In 2015, I decided to start renting out my China and creating florals for events. Thus, it became Rocky Mountain Vintage Events. At first, it was a side project, and now it has become a full-time career. RMVE is my passion. I love hunting for these beautiful treasures, planning, setting the table, and creating floral arrangements. I love connecting with amazing vendors in Colorado to create together and bring your wedding vision to life. I travel around my beautiful state, seeing incredible venues, meeting new people, and helping them navigate precious life moments and milestones. Not only does RMVE offer vintage rentals and florals, but we also offer full-service event planning for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, tea parties, and more. The Mission
The mission is to save the dishes that once belonged to our grandmothers, keep celebrating, and keep our loved ones' memories alive. The mission is to include everyone, have fun, and celebrate love. There is a place for everyone at the table.

What we offer
A La Carte Rentals
You pick out what you would like to rent. I will create a proposal with pictures and descriptions that also serves as an inventory list. When the time comes, I will pack it all up, drop it off, set it up, break it down, oversee and help wash and dry all of the dishes, pack it up, and be on my way. If the dishes can't be washed on site, I will make a plan to pack out the dirty dishes.
Florals
Arches, bridal bouquets, centerpieces, small and large, aisle flowers, bud vases, corsages, pocket squares, boutonnieres, and more! If you request it, I will make it happen. You will have access to all of my available floral vessels. Pick what you would like!
Event Planning
Pick your rentals, or don't rent any. I can be your event planner, month-of coordinator, day-of planner, florist, set everything up and break it down, source all vendors, and coordinate them. We can make it specific to your needs.
Printing & Design Services
Save the Dates, Invitations, RSVPs, Thank You Cards, Name Place Cards, Table Numbers, & Seating Charts.
Pressed Flower Art
I will take home some of your flowers, press them, & frame them for you. This can take up to 2 months.

Jill is amazing! Plain and simple, this girl knows what she is doing. I'm not a big wedding girl; Jill is exactly what I needed having been in the business for so long. She knew what to ask if I had no clue. She was helpful and honest about what I needed (yes, you do need that item, or maybe do this instead). For example, I was obsessed with name cards and did not know if I should do a single table with them or a poster style- Jill played out my vision and did a mock-up of each so we could really define the flow and what I wanted for my vision. As corny as it may sound, Jill made my dreams come true! She knew how to capture what I'd ask without ever making me feel like I was asking too much or being needy. She talked me off of my mini ledges when we would get to them (don't go wild over this little thing or that- helping to guide me where my own stress should or should not be, keeping me at ease). Her patience and expertise are unmatched- but then you add her kind, gentle (but get it done) energy, and you only have a recipe for success.
